- Working as part of a team on corporate restructuring files
- Main point of contact and interacting with stakeholders on file engagements (creditors, debtors, lawyers,
- Communicating with Bank customers to arrange for repayment of the Bank’s advances
- Assessing the viability of diverse business entities in a variety of industries
- Providing oversight and control of asset sales
- Interacting with legal counsel in dealing with the legal elements of each mandate to effectively communicate
- Maintaining positive relationships with other corporate restructuring professionals including lawyers and
- Adherence to all firm risk management policies and taking active steps to minimize the risk exposure to the firm
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business
- Minimum 1 year of experience in public accounting firm is preferred
- Independent, intuitive thinker with the ability to apply accounting skills and business acumen in a variety of
- Knowledge or experience with corporate insolvency assignments is of benefit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to execute on deliverables in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment and work beyond standard
