- Expert in the Oracle Cloud HCM: Must have Oracle experience combination of HCM modules such as Core HCM, Talent Management.
- Providing expert guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM processes and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with Finance, and IT teams for smooth HCM operations
- Understand client business requirements and conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
- Configure the Oracle Cloud solution
- Assist the client in testing the solution
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data/Document technical requirements from clients
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build , configure and test integration between HCM and third party/custom solutions
- Understand Oracle's Implementation Methodology and use it
- Assess impacts on Oracle’s quarterly release and provide recommendations/next steps to the client.
- Support the reviews of cloud environments so it meets security and compliance controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and consulting on Oracle HCM solutions.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Talent Management, and other related modules. Strong understanding of SQL, system integrations, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Relevant Oracle HCM certifications are highly desirable.
