- Perform sample, reagent and calibration preparation as directed
- Calibrate, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and conduct routine maintenance on all assigned instruments
- Compile, verify and validate accurate data records
- Meet quality assurance and turnaround specifications
- Follow all Quality Control and Standard Operating Procedures
- Report results
- Other duties assigned
- Technical Diploma or degree in Science required (Bachelor of Science)
- 3+ years laboratory experience
- Able to operate, troubleshoot and maintain analytical instruments
- Knowledge of full laboratory processes
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work in a positive manner in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with ICP knowledge/experience would be an asset
- Good communication skills and fluency in English both verbal and written
- Hand-Eye coordination and attention to detail and multitasking abilities are required
- Mature work ethic, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
