- Support the development of change management deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communication plans)
- Create and maintain tools and templates (presentations, trackers, playbooks, toolkits) to support integration activities
- Assist in preparing leadership materials, including briefings, talking points, and workshop content
- Contribute to internal communications (announcements, FAQs, integration updates)
- Support the coordination of workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities
- Help track change progress through basic reporting and dashboards (e.g., engagement, adoption, feedback)
- Conduct research on change management best practices and benchmark tools
- Provide administrative and project support to the Change Management / Integration team
- Involved in Gildan + Hanes Integration – Change Management special projects
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- Project Management / Change Management experience (optional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
