The opportunity:Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Change Management. The Intern, Change Management will contribute to the design and deployment of change management activities.The role
  • Support the development of change management deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communication plans)
  • Create and maintain tools and templates (presentations, trackers, playbooks, toolkits) to support integration activities
  • Assist in preparing leadership materials, including briefings, talking points, and workshop content
  • Contribute to internal communications (announcements, FAQs, integration updates)
  • Support the coordination of workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities
  • Help track change progress through basic reporting and dashboards (e.g., engagement, adoption, feedback)
  • Conduct research on change management best practices and benchmark tools
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Change Management / Integration team
  • Involved in Gildan + Hanes Integration – Change Management special projects
The requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • Project Management / Change Management experience (optional)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
