- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale wireless infrastructure projects across British Columbia
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with government entities, municipalities, contractors, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for wireless deployments
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Budget Oversight: Manage multi-million dollar project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of wireless infrastructure
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all wireless infrastructure meets Terrion standards, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers
- Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies in wireless infrastructure deployment
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline existing workflows and develop more efficient operational procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years project management experience with demonstrated understanding of wireless infrastructure (cell towers, small cells, fiber backhaul)
- Startup mindset with proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and pivot quickly between different functions and challenges in a fast-paced, evolving organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to translate technical information for various stakeholder audiences
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of Canadian wireless regulations and spectrum management
- Familiarity with RF engineering principles and network planning
- Understanding of construction and permitting processes
- Experience with SAP or Sitetracker
- Experience with 5G network deployment and technologies
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification
- Previous experience with wireless site acquisition and development
- Knowledge of BC geography, zoning regulations, and municipal processes
