We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and an enjoyable working environment.Responsibilities of this role will include:Deliver parts promptly and accurately to technicians, advisors, and internal departmentsRetrieve parts requests from the Parts Counter and distribute as requiredScan incoming orders, verify accuracy, and properly put away stock in correct bin locationsAssist with receiving and organizing daily stock shipmentsReturn unused parts from technicians back to the Parts Department and restock correctlyMaintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Parts DepartmentAssist with warranty parts, cores, and returns processingPerform internal and external parts deliveries as requiredAssist with accessory installations and departmental support tasksPerform regular bin checks and assist with inventory countsNotify management immediately of any missing parts, short shipments, or inventory discrepanciesHelp maintain accurate inventory and proper parts flow throughout the departmentKey Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow processes and dealership procedures consistentlyReliable, punctual, and dependable work ethicAbility to work well in a team environment and support technicians and parts staffPhysically capable of lifting and moving automotive parts as requiredValid driver’s license and clean driving record
