Responsibilities:
Implementing all systems, procedures and processes
Maintaining high profitability in all areas
Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
Tracking performance of Service Advisors and Technicians
Attaining department objectives
Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profits and expense objectives
Qualifications:
Superior customer service skills
Technical knowledge
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of Reynolds/CDK software
5 years of Automotive experience required
3 years of Managerial experience required
Service Manager experience an asset
Automotive dealership experience an asset
