As the Manager, Production, Reigning Champ, you will deliver the highest quality product through your manufacturing knowledge and proactive and collaborative communications with cross-functional teams and vendors.   • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Establish the enduring point of view for Production at Reigning Champ
  • Develop the best possible quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices
  • Secure the best possible production lead times without compromising quality
  • Secure the best possible production margins without compromising lead-time and quality
  • Ensure the high quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all materials and finished goods once they are in production
THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Manager, Production, Reigning Champ has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in garment construction and fit and the appetite to continuously develop oneself
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
