
Parts Manager

- Lead a team of CSR’s and warehouse staff
- Fulfilling customer orders (phone, texts, emails etc.)
- Ensure Customer Service providing quick and professional assistance
- Forecasting of parts inventory
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Pricing (sales margins)
- Purchasing and inventory replenishment
- Oversee warehouse operations
- Special ordering
- Troubleshoot machine issues, target resolve
- Recruiting and training new staff
- Maintain a motivated working environment
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Monitor and adjust inventory SKU’s
- Maintain effective communication within Internal Departments
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar job or related
- Minimum 1 year experience with ERP systems
- Minimum 1 year experience in Inventory management
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Proactive and autonomous
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluently Bilingual in English and French (an asset)
- Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
- Experience in the construction sector (an asset)
