- Lead the development and execution of brand-building initiatives and marketing programs across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and overall business goals.
- Manage daily social media activity on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, engaging audiences, fostering community, and leveraging trends to grow brand presence.
- Oversee content creation and curation, including UGC, photos, videos, and visual assets, keeping campaigns fresh, relevant, and visually compelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners or agencies to ensure cohesive messaging, on-time delivery, and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Support influencer partnerships, campaign amplification, and newsletter content distribution, ensuring alignment with brand voice and overall marketing objectives.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- 5–7 years of experience in social media, community management, or brand marketing within the apparel or accessories industry.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence for strong, established brands with significant market share.
- Experience managing at least one direct report.
- Solid understanding of organic social strategies, UGC, audience engagement, and paid media initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Creative mindset with excellent multitasking, collaboration, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in brand marketing and content production across multiple channels.
- Deep knowledge of Canadian and U.S. retail markets, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to execute marketing programs that achieve performance targets.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Base salary: CAD $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
