- Lead, coach, and develop Legal Support teams, including Legal Assstants and Legal Executive Assistants across regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Promote engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives that strengthen team culture.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-quality support for lawyers and practice groups.
- Manage resource allocation and workloads across teams and priority areas.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including workflow optimization and use of technology, including AI.
- Build strong relationships with lawyers and other stakeholders to understand and support evolving needs.
- Champion service excellence and effective communication across teams.
- Act as a key liaison to address challenges, support resolution, and reinforce strong working relationships.
- Contribute to national LSS initiatives, projects, and change management efforts.
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, analysis, and insights.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and operational priorities.
- 7+ years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Strong operational mindset with experience managing workflows and driving improvements.

- Post-secondary education in Legal Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, related field, or extensive relevant work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years managing large teams, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience leading multiple support functions (LA, LEA, LSS) and managing cross-office stakeholders.
