- Perform work on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, while complying with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Ensuring all warranty repairs are completed as required by the manufacturer and sufficient documentation exists to support the warranty claim.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and / or Parts Department to confirm availability of parts needed to complete work orders.
- Perform Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inspections on used vehicles and complete all necessary and approved work
- Perform installation of accessories, PDI inspections (as required) and diagnose and repair any faults on new and used vehicles
- Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure the quality of repair
- Stay up-to-date with technical skills and attend training courses / classes as required
- Maintain compliance with regulations, such as safety requirements (including proper use of protective equipment), hazardous waste disposal, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and all other policies, porcesses and procedures as required.
- Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)
- A valid Ontario Class G Drivers’ License
- Assess skills and competencies through simulated training environments.
- Analyze responses to training modules or testing scenarios.
- Generate performance insights to support hiring decisions.
