- Manage all project-related documentation, including project plans, process flows, resource requirements, and business cases.
- Communicate project progress, facilitate meetings, and ensure deliverables are met, escalating issues when necessary.
- Lead change management with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership of processes and confidently challenging where required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities and requests.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality solutions.
- Provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize international tools and processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, carriers, and customers.
- Anticipate and proactively address internal and external challenges.
- Transfer knowledge to relevant internal teams and offer support when needed.
- Leverage technical expertise to contribute to strategy and business results.
- Track and report on project financials, including budget vs. actual resource hours and billings.
- Minimum of 8- 10 years of relevant experience in Program Management, preferably related to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and/or SaaS/technology
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA or related field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- Proven success in managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to lead complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in optimizing transportation services and developing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent written communication skills; other language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
