With six manufacturing facilities, 50 major distribution centers and 70,000+ customers from coast to coast, we're constantly searching for committed, hardworking individuals to help build our team.We are looking for driven candidates currently enrolled in post-secondary education to work as a Summer Crewing Coordinator who want a value-added experience in plant operations at our food manufacturing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.Compensation: $19/hrThis position will require full-time availability May through September and you can be assigned to a variety of shifts (including weekends) between the hours of 7am-11pm, as well as overnight shifts 11pm-7am.
Responsibilities

Coordinate the crewing of multiple production lines and classification to ensure the manufacturing department is able to operate effectively and efficiently
Track and report attendance of frontline employee population
Utilize Kronos Time Management system to ensure Team Members are paid correctly and charged to the correct cost center
Attend and lead various crewing related meetings

Qualifications

Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be enrolled in a post secondary education program in Canada
Available to work up to and including Labour Day weekend
Excellent communication skills
Flexible –Willingness to work all shifts including afternoons, nights, weekends, and weekend nights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Positive attitude and ability to work with various personalities
Great attention to detail
