- Writing clear and concise policies, guidelines, and rules for performing activities within the company related to the fund accounting and investor services operations.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, department heads, and stakeholders to gather information and insights necessary for policy and procedure development.
- Review and assess existing policies and guidelines to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or other areas in need of improvement.
- Testing procedures in training environments to ensure applicability.
- Keeping records of all policy revisions, updates, and deletions.
- Vet policies and procedures drafted with Executive Leadership Team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Design a central repository or identify a relevant system for storing and organizing policy and procedure documents for easy access.
- Assist the Head of Quality & Assurance in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to educate employees and stakeholders on new or updated policies and procedures.
- Assist the Head of Quality & Assurance in developing reports on policy compliance and usage, providing insights to management for decision-making and improvement.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and well-structured policies, procedures or other technical documents (this includes school courses)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively with minimum supervision.
- Ability to conduct research, gather information, and translate it into understandable policies, procedures, or other technical documents.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Willingness and capability to learn to develop training materials and assist with training sessions.
- Possessing initiative, critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Proficiency in Sharepoint desired, but not required.
- High school Diploma or GED
- Great command of the English language
