Our valued client is looking for a dynamic and accomplished Director of Financial Reporting to join their team. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of the financial reporting function while ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of quarterly results. Main responsibilities include:

Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS
Direct the consolidation process for financial results across the organization
Coordinate and manage the audit process in collaboration with internal and external auditors
Evaluate the effectiveness of financial reporting controls and ensure the integrity and quality of outputs
Serve as a technical accounting resource, supporting and advising the financial reporting team

Completed CPA designation
Minimum 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of IFRS
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience in public accounting is considered a strong asset

Compensation:

$115,000 – $130,000 annual salary range
Generous bonus potential
3 weeks' vacation + 5 personal days
