Farm equipment operator

• Consistent full-time hours during the season
• Hands-on work in a field-based agricultural setting

• The rate of pay will be $22-25/hr depending on experience

• Operate tractors and agricultural equipment
• General farm labour tasks in various weather conditions
• Assist with seeding, spraying, harvesting, and general fieldwork as required
• Perform pre-use equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Monitor field conditions and adjust equipment as needed
• Support loading, transporting, and handling materials in the field
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Previous experience operating tractors or farm equipment is an asset
• Strong understanding of field operations and agricultural practices
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify equipment issues
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with seeding, spraying, or harvesting operations
• Background in farming or agricultural production
