- Repair damaged vehicle body panels and structural components
- Perform frame straightening and structural repairs using specialized equipment
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged body parts and panels
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for refinishing and painting
- Weld, fill, sand, and align body panels to restore original vehicle appearance
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify hidden damage
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders
- Work collaboratively with painters and other collision repair technicians
- Experience as an Auto Body Technician, Collision Repair Technician, or Body Repair Technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body construction and repair techniques
- Experience with frame straightening equipment and body repair tools
- Ability to read repair orders and follow manufacturer specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools required
- Auto Body Technician certification or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a collision repair center or dealership body shop
- Experience with aluminum and modern vehicle body materials
