Automotive Body Repair TechnicianWe are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our collision repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies, restoring structural integrity, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in accordance with manufacturer standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Repair damaged vehicle body panels and structural components
  • Perform frame straightening and structural repairs using specialized equipment
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged body parts and panels
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for refinishing and painting
  • Weld, fill, sand, and align body panels to restore original vehicle appearance
  • Conduct detailed inspections to identify hidden damage
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders
  • Work collaboratively with painters and other collision repair technicians
Requirements
  • Experience as an Auto Body Technician, Collision Repair Technician, or Body Repair Technician
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body construction and repair techniques
  • Experience with frame straightening equipment and body repair tools
  • Ability to read repair orders and follow manufacturer specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own tools required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Auto Body Technician certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a collision repair center or dealership body shop
  • Experience with aluminum and modern vehicle body materials
