We encourage all qualified persons who share our values and want to contribute to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace to apply.The incumbent will help coordinate and implement fundraising tactics and tools aligned with service objectives and operational needs as well as provide logistical support to the entire workplace campaigns and Major Gifts program.In this role, you will:
  • Help the team of full-time employees and volunteers organize, implement and evaluate activities.
  • Collate the results and identifies discrepancies to be analyzed by the appropriate managers.
  • Provide support to the Entraide Campaign and the network of fundraising volunteers (workplace campaigns).
  • Coordinate testimony requests.
  • Research targeted businesses and prepare presentation documents.
  • Develop a tracking, filing and archiving system.
  • At the request of management, prepare letters, documents and correspondence for workplace campaigns and offer clerical support to the Fundraising leads.
  • Produce the required reports, statistics and analyses.
What we are looking for:
  • A college education in business administration (marketing option), the humanities or a relevant field, or a relevant combination of education and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years’ experience in a philanthropic environment (marketing and fundraising).
  • At least two years’ work experience supporting volunteer teams.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet) and Raiser’s Edge.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong ability to manage time and priorities.
