The South Shore Regional Hospital has a 10-bed mental health inpatient unit. Our inpatient and community outpatient is an interdisciplinary team which consist of social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, recreation therapists, and psychologists. Our service also supports rural satellite clinics for mental health and addictions, seniors mental health, community outreach teams, clozapine, and depot clinics, consult services for adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, consultation with medical units and emergency departments and full Child and Adolescent Clinical Services.This is a cohesive team with members from diverse backgrounds dedicated to providing quality care.ResponsibilitiesProvide psychiatric lead on the inpatient unit. Will engage with inpatient manager in a co-lead role.
