Modeling EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) with strong expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), requirements modeling, and system architecture. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and has hands-on experience with UML/SysML, systems engineering best practices, and modern engineering tools.In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, tool developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality system models, requirements, interfaces, and design specifications across the full systems engineering lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality system models using UML and SysML, applying common MBSE structures and solutions
Support requirements modeling, system architecture, system integration, verification, and testing across the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle
Create and refine use cases, business models, state machines, and other SysML artifacts
Produce clear, accurate, and collaborative model-based requirements, interface definitions, and design specifications
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including tool developers, engineering teams, and customers
Contribute to automation and scripting efforts that enhance systems engineering processes
Operate independently in an agile environment with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with UML and SysML modeling languages
Strong expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Requirements Modeling, and System Architecture
Solid understanding of systems engineering practices, including:

Requirements engineering (INCOSE practices)
System integration
Verification and validation/testing
End-to-end systems engineering lifecycle
Proven experience developing:

Use cases
Business models
State machines
Other SysML deliverables/artifacts
Hands-on experience with IBM Rational Rhapsody or similar tools such as MagicDraw
Familiarity with tools such as EWM, DOORS, GitHub, and testing platforms/tools
Good understanding of communication protocols and electrical/electronic (EE) system requirements
Experience with object-oriented programming, including C++ and/or Java
Experience with automation and scripting in support of systems engineering activities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced, agile setting

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Java development, including API and plugin development, particularly for IBM Rhapsody
Familiarity with INCOSE best practices and the full system lifecycle
Agile certification or strong experience working in agile teams
Experience in the automotive industry
Familiarity with related tools such as MATLAB and CATIA Magic
Experience with VEOS training and GUI development using WPF
Ability to integrate auto-generated code across multiple platforms
Knowledge of AUTOSAR-compliant code generation
Interest in or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) certification
Familiarity with Orthogonal Arrays for System Behavior Testing
