This role is focused on helping streamline post-production workflows and improving the efficiency and quality of our shoots. You'll work directly with our in-house Creative Producer to manage footage, prep edits, and assist on shoot days.Key Responsibilities
Transfer, organize, and back up raw footage after shoots
Create and prepare Adobe Premiere Pro timelines and project files
Assist with basic editing prep (syncing, labeling, rough assembly)
Attend and support 2x weekly shoots as a Production Assistant
Help with on-set setup, teardown, and general shoot logistics
Ensure equipment and media are handled and stored properly
Maintain organized file structures for efficient post-production
Support the creative team with general production needs
What We Are Looking For
Must-haves:
Currently studying or recently graduated from film/media (or similar)
Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn on the job
Must have access to a vehicle and be able to travel to shoot locations in the GTA
Nice-to-haves:
Previous experience on shoots (even student or personal projects)
Familiarity with file management and post-production workflows
Interest in content creation, eCommerce, or social media
CAN Pay Range$18–$22 CAD per hour (~15–25 hours/week)As a company, we strive to maintain fair and equitable compensation practices within our team across all roles and all levels.
