- The full base salary range for this position is from $79,200 - $90,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities⦁ Responsible for managing entire POS budget
⦁ Responsible for submitting final order for all POS (Local, National, Monster)
⦁ Responsible for allocation of POS items down to the route level; willing to collaborate cross functionally with other team members; District Sales Managers, Sales Execution Leads
⦁ Will manage the POS coordinator with a focus on: Improving trade execution through, Speed to market, Ordering needed tools and quantities
⦁ Decrease POS waste to levels in line or better to national averages (5-7%)
⦁ Sorting allocation down to route level
⦁ Increase attention to overall maintenance of POS storage
⦁ Improve people leadership role and expectations with POS coordinator and optimize line of sight on ordering and shipping
⦁ Facilitate all FIRST SIP onboarding sessions for all facility departments; coordinate with TA/Hiring manager to ensure day one readiness (access, passwords, tools, etc.)
⦁ Ensures all day 1 on-boarding modules are executed
⦁ Coordinates with hiring managers to ensure completion of all required modules (outside of day 1)
⦁ Responsible for ensuring facility compliance for all on-boarding KPI'sQualifications
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience is preferred
- Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs in POS materials
- Excellent general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), SAP experience an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Builds and maintains strong business relationships
- Previous experience with POS and managing budget is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
