Ensures that adequate coverage is available and scheduled to provide a superior service to client family, while maximizing the full potential use of company human and physical resources in accordance with established budgetary standards.An opportunity exists for a part-time dispatcher at the Vancouver personal care center.We are the hub for 10 funeral homes in the greater Vancouver areaThe successful candidate shall have the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to make sound and concise decision decisions
Must be task oriented with the ability to work alone

Computer skills are in necessity with the ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel
This position is a permanent part-time hours the days will be Saturday, Sunday and Mondays with the requirement to fill-in for vacation and sick time for the other two permanent employees.
We are very specific about the days worked which are Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8 hour shifts with OT if needed. This person must also be able to cover our 2 full time Dispatchers Vacation and sick time as well.
