If that's the kind of team you do your best work in, you'll fit right in here.The RoleHead of Operations is is the person who keeps Axis running. You sit between our founding team and our locations, making sure every process is followed, every gap gets closed, and nothing falls through the cracks.We've built AxisOS, our internal operating system that runs the business. You'll be its primary operator. You'll know it inside out, you'll run it daily, and you'll be the one flagging what needs to be built next as we grow.You'll manage our Regional Coordinators, project manage initiatives across the organization, and serve as the connective tissue between the admin and practitioner sides of the business. You report directly to the COO and work closely with the entire executive team, including the CEO.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Our locations span the GTA including Mississauga, Scarborough, and Markham.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations role with real leadership responsibility.
  • You've built something. A process, a system, a workflow, an automation. Something that didn't exist before you got there.
  • Moves with urgency and holds yourself accountable without being told to. You don't wait to be chased and you don't make excuses.
  • Here for something bigger than a paycheque. You want to contribute to building something, not just show up and execute tasks.
  • Experience in a multi-location service business is a strong asset. Healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or similar.
  • Genuinely excited about AI and technology. You follow what's emerging, you experiment with new tools, and you naturally reach for automation when something is repetitive or manual.
  • A natural project manager. You can hold multiple workstreams, keep things moving without being chased, and get to done without hand-holding.
  • Clear, direct communicator
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. We're building while growing.

  • For the first six months, this role is primarily in-person - four days a week split between our office at Victoria Park and Lawrence and our clinic locations across the GTA. After that, we move to a full hybrid arrangement as the role matures.
