- Work closely with the Global Boardroom Program Leadership to implement the annual priorities and supporting governance structures.
- Prepare fluent and executive-ready presentations, communications, and reporting metrics for Global Leadership, senior executives, and client audiences.
- Plan agendas, create materials, and manage technical hosting of periodic Boardroom community meetings.
- Support the development, delivery, and activation of key deliverables and offerings, including but not limited to webinars, eminence, and newsletters.
- Develop internal and external messaging in collaboration with the Global Program leaders, appropriate national and global office groups, and subject matter experts.
- Review, synthesize, and summarize external reports and studies on corporate governance topics for Global Program leaders and team.
- Contribute to Program eminence activities to include supporting research and analysis, creating toolkits materials for Global Growth stakeholders, and creating and executing activation plans.
- Assist in project management tasks to build project plans and calendars, and track and communicate progress towards completion with Global Program leadership.
- Help the Global Program leaders coordinate the work of three USI team members.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Strong baseline understanding of Deloitte's overall functional capabilities, and a strong working understanding of your function’s service offerings, tools, and methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level writing experience.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables.
- Strong project management and organizational skills. Agile experience is very beneficial.
- Consultative mindset, ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances and complex structures.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time including the ability to focus on details without jeopardizing the bigger picture.
- Experience supporting member firm leadership.
- A strong interest in and knowledge of international affairs and knowledge of boards and committee structures are helpful.
