Bilingual Mortgage Loan ProcessorSouthern Mortgage Solutions is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor in our company by performing a wide range of operational tasks. Tasks are related to loan processing, documentation, data entry, and reporting. This role ensures the integrity of loan data, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth execution of back-office operations.Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with borrowers and Real Estate partners during the underwriting process.
Performing administrative tasks such as reviewing loan paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Assist with audits and examinations by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Navigate communication between the borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters.

Requirements

NMLS license required.
Bilingual in Spanish.
General computer proficiency.
6 months minimum of mortgage industry experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-sufficiency skills as the position is 100% remote.
Experience with Arive LOS software is a plus.

Hours

40 hours, 8 AM – 5 PM EST with 1 hour for lunch.
Overtime eligible position.

Pay Structure

$25 an hour.
Monthly bonus for office production volume

This is a remote position.
