As Project Manager, you will take ownership of civil infrastructure projects from pre construction through to close out, working closely with field leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders.You will be trusted with real responsibility, supported by experienced leaders, and encouraged to think commercially, collaboratively, and creatively.Key responsibilities include:

Leading the planning, execution, and financial performance of civil infrastructure projects
Working closely with Superintendents to manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety
Building strong, trust based relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
Mentoring and developing Project Coordinators and emerging talent
Managing permits, approvals, reporting, and contractual obligations
Identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing proactive solutions
Contributing to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and delivery methods

A degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
5+ years' experience delivering heavy civil or infrastructure projects

A desire to grow into larger, more complex leadership roles over time
