Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Burlington, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in managing billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining organized financial records.   • Generate and process invoices in an accurate and timely manner using computerized billing systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of billing data, ensuring all adjustments and discrepancies are addressed.
  • Manage the administration of claims, including submission, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate payment processing activities, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation.
  • Maintain precise and organized financial records for easy access and review.
  • Assist in resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enter and update data into financial systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform calculations, prepare reports, and analyze billing trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a billing or related administrative role.
  • Proficiency with computerized billing systems and data entry.
  • Strong knowledge of billing functions, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Hands-on experience with claim administration and reconciliation processes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas, charts, and reports.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
