- Bachelor's degree combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally in operations, administration, or a similar field.
- Strong professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong confidentiality, tact, and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling sensitive information.
- Highly adaptable to change with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and analytical abilities for a structured and efficient approach to tasks.
- Proven track record in learning and effectively using various independent systems.
- Initiative in driving process improvements and innovation, with a strong adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Solid understanding of processes, policies, and procedures required for supporting an organization.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, care, and diligence in problem-solving, decision-making, execution, and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including advanced Excel skills (lookups and pivot tables) and advanced Word skills (mail merge).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- This position is fully on-site and requires the individual to work from the Toronto office.
- Toronto: $75,600 to $113,400
