- Helping plan, track, and execute projects for the Global 5500/6500 aircraft.
- Building project schedules and supporting implementation plans.
- Monitoring progress to make sure everything stays on track.
- Assisting the Project Engineer with reporting and performance tracking.
- Preparing business cases and budgets to help guide decisions.
- Communicating with people across departments and outside the company.
- Keeping documents, project timelines, and databases up to date.
- Supporting key team goals and learning how to manage KPIs.
- Identifying risks and working on creative ways to handle them.
- Solving real-world problems using both logic and innovation.
- Joining product development meetings and learning how priorities are set.
- Practicing your written and verbal communication through reports and presentations.
- You're working toward a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or something similar (Required)
- You're great with Microsoft Office, especially:
- Excel (advanced is a plus!)
- MS Project
- PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
- You have strong communication and time-management skills
- You can clearly explain your ideas-written or spoken
- You're a team player and build positive relationships easily
- You're flexible and can handle changing priorities
- You're creative and care about the quality of your work
- You've done project management, budgeting, or scheduling before (a bonus)
- You've worked in aerospace or manufacturing (nice to have)
- You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out
- You speak English fluently; French is a bonus
- Min 8 months internship and we willing to work Toronto office 2 times per week.
