- Meet clients on the road;
- Build long-term relationships within the industry;
- Maintain the current client list;
- Develop new suppliers and clients through cold calling, emails, and visits as needed;
- Respond to client requests, process orders, and ensure proper invoicing to close sales;
- Identify and understand client needs;
- Ensure reasonable delivery timelines in coordination with transportation teams;
- Evaluate projects and potential sales opportunities;
- Plan and implement sales methodologies;
- Draft, present, and finalize contractual agreements;
- Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related activities;
- Develop and implement sales strategies;
- Follow up on orders;
- Maintain relationships with active clients;
- Prepare cost analysis reports;
- Ensure effective communication with other departments;
- Perform any other related tasks.
- DEP, DEC, or Certificate in Administration or Sales;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record;
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the mining sector;
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Organized with attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of computer systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
