We’re looking to add a Regional Controller to support our Yorkton, SK dealerships and play a key role in scaling our operations alongside our Group Controller and VP of Finance.We’re ideally looking for someone based in Yorkton or the surrounding area, but we’re also open to candidates in Saskatoon. For those based in Saskatoon, this role would involve some travel to Yorkton—more frequent during onboarding to support a smooth transition, and then approximately once per month for a few days thereafter.If you’re a CPA who thrives on structure, accuracy, and influence—and you’re ready to step into a role where you can truly impact a multi-location business—we want to meet you.What you'll be doing:
- Oversee a wide range of accounting and administrative functions, supporting and guiding the accounting and admin team
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with dealership staff across multiple locations
- Lead financial review meetings, delivering expert insights on key financial metrics
- Support the budgeting process in partnership with General Managers and the Group Controller
- Review payroll and ensure accurate reconciliation of CRA accounts
- Prepare and review year-end documentation for external auditors
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer financial statement requirements
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting, providing actionable insights
- Sign off on dealership-issued cheques and ensure all taxes, licensing, insurance, and regulatory payments are accurate and up to date
- Accounting degree and CPA designation
- 3–5 years of experience in an Accounting or Controller role (automotive experience is an asset)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and comfort with leveraging technology
- Proven experience leading and developing a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude—because that’s 90% of the job
