- Team Leadership: Successful track record of leading and motivating IT teams.
- Cybersecurity Acumen: Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
- Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with tech vendors.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
