This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that delivers cutting-edge Managed IT Services and empowers businesses through technology.About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with a passion for technology and proven experience selling Managed IT Services to small and medium-sized businesses. In this role, you will drive new business growth, build lasting client relationships, and help organizations leverage IT solutions that enable better business outcomes.What Youll Do
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation (2030 calls per day).
- Develop effective outbound prospecting strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations using tailored marketing collateral.
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closurein collaboration with a presales engineer.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning solutions to their business goals.
- Partner with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce CRM and provide regular reporting on sales metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively.
- Confidently present to C-level executives and key stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Managed Services landscape, including Microsoft Modern Workplace, cloud solutions, and IT security.
- 5+ years of experience selling Managed Services solutions to mid-market clients.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Passion for IT, cybersecurity, and technology-driven business solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skillsable to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical staff and business leaders.
