- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming stock to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure the sales floor, shelves, storage areas, and aisles are consistently stocked, tidy, and well-organized for efficient product access.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom, adhering to company safety protocols and inventory management standards.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify and resolve stock discrepancies or inventory issues in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team needs while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility and carry out stock-related tasks quickly and accurately.
- A customer-focused attitude—whether you have 1+ years of experience as a stock associate or are passionate about helping people, we want you on our team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable staying active and engaged during your shift.
