- Support our sales team by identifying opportunities and guiding customers on their RV journey.

You have a background in customer support or service roles where clear communication, empathy, and building rapport were key. Maybe you’ve worked in a busy customer contact environment or supported clients over phone, email, and chat. - Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and online channels to generate leads.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver information about our offerings to potential customers in a clear and compelling way.
- Support the sales process by scheduling follow-up meetings and product demonstrations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed on RV products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential buyers.
- Experience that counts – You've worked in customer service role ideally in retail and/or hospitality . You know how to connect with people and keep things moving.
