Your work will directly impact our operations and help us deliver essential services to Edmontonians.What will you do?Coordinate and Execute High-Volume Recruitment: Lead and coordinate seasonal hiring activities for the Parks and Roads Services branch, including organizing interview fairs and monitoring the selection of shortlisted candidatesLead Collaboration Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for internal partners such as the Branch Operations Leadership Team, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Fleet Safety and Inside Information, ensuring a consistent and effective recruitment process. You will also resolve issues and provide solutions as they ariseSupervise and Support Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise temporary clerical staff to assist with onboarding new hires and other administrative functions.
