- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across production, maintenance, and support functions
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Monitor and optimize plant performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, capital projects, and operational growth initiatives
- Ensure consistent product quality through effective quality control systems and continuous improvement practices
- 7+ years of experience in plant or operations management within manufacturing, or food processing environments
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production setting
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and plant operations
- Experience with health & safety regulations and compliance in an industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Background in commissioning or scaling new facilities or production lines
- Familiarity with HACCP, food safety standards, or quality assurance systems
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools
- Engineering or technical education (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related)
