What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Claims AdministratorThe Senior Claims Administrator is responsible for providing prompt and efficient handling of a variety of technical and administrative support services to adjusters and telephone claims reporting while maintaining data quality and service levels. In addition, to administrative responsibilities this position is responsible for the mentorship and training of Claims Service Representatives and participating in specialized projects.We want your talent!If you are great at:Checking and receiving new claimsAnswering incoming inquiriesAssisting claims adjuster with administrative tasksSorting and distributing mail and faxesData editing, verification, and reconciliation activitiesAnd you have:Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the property and casualty industryExcellent keyboarding and data entry skills.Actively pursuing CIP designation an asset.Strong technical skills with MS Office SuiteFluently bilingual (English / French) is a definite assetWe really mean it when we say we put you first.
