- Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, Journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations.
- Support month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- File GST/PST monthly and RST quarterly; complete WCB quarterly reporting.
- Maintain vendor records, manage manual payment runs, and coordinate corporate credit cards.
- Manage purchase inventory, including contract updates,write-downs, and adjustments.
- Support special projects and provide timely information to management.
- Post-secondary education in accounting/administration.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Computer background is necessary, including skills in spreadsheet applications.
