Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain lawyer’s calendars and emails;- Arrange meetings, conference calls etc.;- Draft routine correspondence;- Prepare legal documents;- Maintain physical and electronic filing system; and- Any other duties as may be required.Requirements:- Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma;- 4+ years of experience in a litigation role;- Advanced understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure;- Skilled at managing priorities to hit multiple deadlines;- Skills with MS Office are a must, as well as Caselines, and;- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
