- Partner with leadership to provide insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, helping the company optimize performance
- Analyze financial postings and accruals to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Prepare and present monthly financial results to executives and stakeholders in a clear, actionable way
- Support quarterly Board and lender reporting, contributing to high-level business discussions
- Drive month-end close and reporting for corporate functions, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Help shape the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process by developing detailed operating expense budgets for corporate functions
- CPA designation or other professional accounting designation
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in FP&A or corporate finance
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
