
Canadian Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration in Canada.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key and specialty retailers across various distribution channels.
- Manage and provide leadership to internal sales managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and business success.
- Partner with merchandising and planning teams to optimize product assortment and sales performance.
- Leverage data and analytics to track sales performance, measure KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with finance and accounts receivable teams to maintain visibility on customer and channel risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of sales management experience in apparel, accessories, or related consumer goods industries.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Passion for pop culture, licensed products, and the retail landscape.
