- Create and complete the delivery of trade orders
- Responsible for all order related communications externally (customer) and internally
- Maintain an open line of communication with our clients and direct them towards the proper resources for questions
- Generate and present reports (open order, critical delivery, etc.)
- Lead the weekly New Orders meeting
- Compile data and prepare weekly reports
- Keep the delivery board up to date
- Assist in the Annual Customer Survey process
- Coordinate logistics requirements for on time delivery
- Correspond with customs teams, other shippers, and carriers to ensure goods are properly handled
- Schedule delivery appointments when necessary
- Organize the return of failed bushings in accordance to the specification in iTrend
- Coordinate deliveries and contracting
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, oral et écrit
- Habilité avec le logiciel SAP
- Habilité avec la suite Windows
- Expérience en service à la clientèle
- Faciliter à communiquer
- Autonomie, débrouillardise, initiative en résolution de problème

- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
