- Excellent knowledge of customers, industry trends, products and competition.
- Maximize sales of solar equipment (off-grid solar kits, solar cameras, solar street lights, standby generators, ...) and electric vehicle charging stations in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors to all customers.
- Identify business opportunities for current and potential customers that meet the business center's sales objectives for specific accounts: Hydro Québec, municipalities, residential and commercial buildings, outfitters, national parks, cottages, telecom stations, parking lots, etc.
- Develop and implement commercial plans to develop niche markets for solar energy and electric vehicle charging stations.
- Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, as required.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of customers, products and competition.
- Monitor customer profitability and credit.
- Work with the team to promote excellent customer service, operational efficiency and recommend solutions to improve the customer promise.
