
Market Research Manager, Brand Health Tracking

- Convert client briefs into powerful and relevant research proposals
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from study design to interpretation and presentation of results
- Be the liaison with various key internal operations groups (scripting, data collection, data processing and reporting) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
- Responsible for quality assurance throughout the life cycle of the project
- 3+ years of experience in a research environment (research firm experience an asset)
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline (marketing, economics, administration, social sciences, etc.)
- Must be bilingual - writing and speaking (French and English)
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client focus oriented to customer service
- Motivated and autonomous with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with a constant attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
