- Portfolio Oversight: manage and oversee key accounts or develops a market segment, with leadership and influence on the customer, with the appropriate teams. Implements account and prospecting plans.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Implement account and prospecting plans
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Negotiation: Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Penetration: Promote our products and services effectively within the aerospace industry.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align strategies.
- Customer Visits: Facilitate customer visits to our sites and sales offices globally.
- Project Management: Coordinate marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Human resources: Participate in the recruitment, assignment and development of employees as needed.
- Prior experience working with customers in aerospace industry in a digital service company is preferred.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Availability for travel, including international.
- Fluent in French and English (required).
