Our PAS Reward practice is a multi-disciplinary integrated team of actuaries, lawyers, HR, and tax professionals providing specialized services in the areas of pensions, benefits, HR, tax, and compensation.As we are client facing, we expect our co-ops to demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude, maintaining confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and work-related products. Qualifications:
  • Be in pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics and/or statistics
  • Credit for one or more Actuarial Examination preferred
  • Previous experience with a pension consulting firm is an asset
  • Demonstrate teaming, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the willingness and ability to learn and work independently
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Committed to integrity within a professional environment
  • This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.
