Position Summary:Reporting to the Manager, Distribution, the Distribution Summer Student will support with: invoicing, general office related duties, and provides administrative support for the department.Key Accountabilities:
  • Customer service skills for dealing with Drivers and Transport Companies;
  • Invoicing of Domestic/USA/Mexico loads shipping from Burlington Facility;
  • Completing export documentation for US and Mexico loads;
  • Completing documents for domestic loads within Canada;
  • Support other Traffic department staff as required.
Requirements:
  • Actively enrolled in Supply Chain or Business Administration post secondary;
  • Adapts quickly to new processes or systems;
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel);
  • Well organized and detail oriented;
  • Can work in a high paced environment;
  • Hours are 4:00PM to 12:30AM Monday to Friday (**timing is subject to change).
